NEW Yoga class on tuesdays 6.30pm at South william space, Dublin 2
 Yoga and Spiritual evolution
Nowadays, Yoga is more famous than genuinely understood. Many people believe Yoga to be simply concerned only with the health & flexibility of the physical body and often what we see today as ‘Yoga’ is merely some keep fit exercises.
One of the main ideas in Yoga is that we have within ourselves an immense power and vast possibilities, only that we do not know how to use them. Modern science informs us that we only use approx 4% of our brains potential.
Through the ancient science of Yoga we can learn ways to expand and develop the consciousness to unlock all of our latent abilities to the greatest extent.
Through Yoga we gain complete awareness of who we truly are and what we can become.
This course is unique in its new and integral approach to the teachings of the Traditional Yoga system. In each class you can expect to practice at least 1.5 hours of traditional Hatha yoga as practiced in the ancient past.
Here the emphasis is on the energizing of the Chakras (resonator points) for this is seen as the fundamental key for attaining perfect physical and mental health, for awakening the latent powers of the mind, and for accelerating the spiritual evolution. (Read more)
The Dublin Yoga course points out the coexistence and complementary nature of the apparently different yoga philosophies, which are, in fact, complementing rather than excluding each other. Throughout the course you will be taught about many different branches of Yoga:
Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Laya Yoga, Maha Vidya Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and more. Many modalities & techniques are offered.
You will also receive theoretical explanations about the fundamental principles of Yoga, including the universal laws of Resonance, Correspondence (holographic principle), inner alchemy (sexual continence, biological transmutation and sublimation), the fundamental stages of the Yoga practice, nutrition & natural healing, and many other topics.
Yoga is a system of Knowledge and action. By combining the two you achieve transformation.

By attending these courses you will never be asked to do something without knowing what the effects of those techniques will be. With each Yoga class you will receive detailed printed material covering all the practical and theoretical elements and are welcome to ask for further clarification at any point. You will be supported at every level of your practice, and shown how to integrate what you have learned into your daily life, leading to improvements in every aspect and ultimately greater happiness.
These courses are more than a drop in Yoga class. They represent a continuous system of teachings that can go on for as long as you like, having many years of study. Of course, we do welcome people to drop in and try it out a few times, but what you are offered here is a genuine Yoga course.
