Students of Tara Yoga Centre (UK) created a wonderful street performance in the middle of London in celebration of the International Yoga Day 8th October 2012. Watch here to see how art can be simple, beautiful and spiritually integrated to touch other peoples lives – both those who witness it aswell as those who participate in it.
The Art of Blessing is an essential step which the human being can take towards God. If the Art of Blessing awakens the faith in God in us in the beginning, through perservering practice of this extraordinary spiritual method we can “melt” into God, merging with Him completely. This initiation is unique in the world and we consider it to be an extraordinary revelation for the whole of humanity. This article will explain what the Art of Blessing is, how it is practiced and the effects for both the person who performs the blessing and for the blessed one.
The yang spiral meditation is a form of group meditation unique to the yoga branches of the ATMAN International Yoga Organisation where they are often performed in a synchronised way (by different groups in different countries at the same time). The aim of this special type of meditation is to bring into awareness of the participants the presence of Cosmic Consciousness and to be part of the worldwide efforts of raising the consciousness of the planet and of entering into a superior stage of evolution of humankind.
The word resonance is related to the Latin resonare, which means “to resound”, “to repeat a sound”, or, in other words, to vibrate. In the Tantra & yoga practice, resonance is a process of initiating and amplifying vibratory phenomena, consciously perceived in the being, produced under the action of the vibrations (energies) coming from certain specific levels of manifestation of the universe. Resonance occurs only when the frequency of vibration is close or coincides with one of the frequencies with which the yogi’s inner universe is capable of vibrating in unison, as long as this process is maintained with grace and attention.
When we want to reawaken within ourselves the latent spiritual powers that have been dormant along many years of stagnation, we must make efforts. We will not trigger any beneficial force and we will not transform any aspect of our being if we remain passive. Inertia leads to nowhere and it does not open any door. We can defeat it only by will power. We must focus our mind forces, we must meditate, practice adequate yoga techniques and remember that this path of evolution gives us the best methods to conquer the inertia of the mind and heart
Tara Yoga Centre is a member of an international group of Yoga schools which currently has more than 20,000 students worldwide. The methods revealed by our school continue to be applied with great results by thousands. The fundamental axis of these teachings is the law of Resonance, a Universal principle which has been largely veiled in the Yoga & Tantra traditions. We may even say that this principle represents the primary key or lost secret of the Yoga practice and through its application opens up a whole new dimension to the experience. What we discover is that absolutely everything in life involves resonance!
Yoga and Tantra form the primary basis of the Indian spirituality. Many things have been written about these Spiritual Traditions, but due to their depth and hidden symbolism, they remain largely unknown to the West. Being concealed along the ages, particularly Tantra remains diffuse, mysterious and enigmatic. Alike all genuine Spiritual disciplines, the goal in Tantra is to reach the supreme happiness and the ultimate Truth. Yet Tantra takes a very distinctive and unique approach in this direction.

Yoga is what we traditionally call “the knowledge of liberation”. We all seek, consciously or not, to rise above the limited notion of what we are, or more exactly, above what we usually think we are. We all desire to know ourselves, at least to some extent. Yoga offers a path for deep introspection with the goal as Truth. Genuine YOGA implies confrontation with the fascinating mysteries regarding the nature of our microcosmic self. It deals with the eternal questions of life: Where do I come from? What is the purpose of my life? What is going to happen to me after I die? Who am I?
Tantra is much more than eroticism; it teaches us how to live each moment with full intensity coupled with full awareness and detachment; it is the spiritual path of saying YES to life! The Tantric path of Love teaches us the art of true living.
Tantra is the spiritual path of energy, offering methods to awaken and consciously embrace the full spectrum of life’s energies. The Dublin Tantra course reveals in depth and step by step the mysteries of Tantra, offering ancient teachings adapted to modern times.
