After a few years sabbatical Tara Yoga Centre is back in Dublin with a new Tantra course starting in October 2016
Yoga is the fundamental backbone of our centre. It is incorporated into everything we do. The yoga we practise is Hatha yoga. Simply put its a deep and profound mode of yoga used to awaken and harmonise specfic energies in the being.
Tantra is difficult to define and often misunderstood. We aim to take the ancient teaching of tantra and make them practical in the daily lives of modern day people – without watering down the message.
While we don’t teach meditation on a stand alone basis, it is incorporated into both the yoga and tantra courses we run. It compliments both disciplines very well and we find that students who practise meditation assimilate yoga and tantra much quicker.

What our students say…
Since I joined Tara I have also participated in deeply transformative, beautiful experiences. Looking back on the past few months I am amazed at how much has happened in this relatively short space of time – every week I experience a sense of break-through.
I didnt know much about Tantra before discovering Tara. The few experiences I had with Tara were short in time but rich and deep in both theory and effects. I was given tools that fundamentally changed my life and ones I could actually apply in my daily life.
